Thank you for using Collectopoly! These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Collectopoly website and services ("Service"), a digital platform dedicated to Monopoly collectors, operated by Absolit (see our About us page for company and contact details). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Using Collectopoly

You may use our Service only if you can form a binding contract with Collectopoly, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. By posting Content to Collectopoly, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Your use of Collectopoly is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

6. Bol.com Affiliate Links

Collectopoly participates in the bol.com partner (affiliate) program. Certain pages, including our public Monopoly editions catalog, contain links to products on bol.com. Collectopoly is not operated or controlled by bol.com, is not a party to any purchase you make on bol.com, and does not sell, ship, or take responsibility for products bought via these links — that relationship is exclusively between you and bol.com (or its sellers). Collectopoly may receive a commission from bol.com for purchases made through these links, at no extra cost to you.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
